Bjorn

Lauren was commissioned to create Bjorn as a surprise Christmas present for his daughter.

Bjorn resides overseas in Sweden - the artwork hangs in his daughter, Charlotte’s house in Thirteenth Beach on the Bellarine Peninsula for her to always feel his presence.

This work is a blend of acrylics and oils. There is also some pencil detail throughout the work.

The blue striped background gives the work a contemporary edge so that it sits nicely in the newly-built modern home. The blue also represents Bjorn’s Swedish background.

He is framed in a natural wood floating frame.
